RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
German Roach – Inspections, Inspections, Inspections after thorough inspections a treatment plan will be designed based on infestation. All treatments come with an initial and follow up.
American Roach – Inspections, plan and treatment. These roaches fly so they can be in trees, attics, cabinets, mulch etc…
Asian/Field Roach – These are flyers small like a german roach but live mostly outdoors in mulch, firewood, under sheds, moist warm areas. They can infest the interior of a home.
Termite Control/Preventative Maintenance – This treatment is planned out methodically, with a few options and long term plans we offer a perimeter and interior treatment, an annual baiting program and wall foaming where needed.
Fleas – This treatment can be tailored to the exterior only in some cases, however some heavier infestations require both areas with a follow up in 7 to 14 days. (Clients will be required to vacuum daily during treatment)
Carpenter ants – baiting and follow up treatment in 14 days
Fire Ant Yard Spray – granular baiting and yard spraying in the infested areas
House (small black and ghost) ants – baiting and more baiting. These ants have some common characteristics in that they build satellite colonies, therefore one treatment never solves the problem.
TYPES OF TREATMENTS
Yard spray – Typically used for imported Fire Ant, American and Asian roaches, but can be used for a barrier and preventative maintenance in the fall and winter months
Attic dusting – Strictly a preventative maintenance treatment of the attic space. No warranties expressed or implied on this treatment, residual effect can last up to 12 months.
Pest Exclusion – This style and type of exclusion seals interior and exterior areas from pest entry from the exterior. Such as earwigs, roaches, silverfish, spiders etc… This is not a Rodent Exclusion
Rodent Exclusion – See information in Rodent Exclusion section below.
Disinfection & feces removal – contamination removal and sanitation have additional fees. Ask for details
We use American made products specifically designed to exclude rodents from your home or business. These exclusions can be costly however the alternative if they enter the home can cost much more.

Warning Signs & Identification
Some indications you may have a termite infestation:
- A temporary swarm of winged insects in your home or from the soil around your home.
- Any cracked or bubbling paint or frass (termite droppings)
- Wood that sounds hollow when tapped
- Mud tubes on exterior walls, wooden beams, or in crawl spaces
- Discarded wings from Swarmers

- Eliminate Moisture Problems
- Repair leaking faucets, water pipes, and a/c units
- Divert water from foundation
- Keep gutters and down-spouts clean
- Remove excessive plant cover and wood mulch
- Get rid of standing water on roof
- Keep all vents clear and open
- Seal entry points around water and utility lines or pipes
- Remove Food Sources
- Keep firewood, lumber, or paper away from foundation or crawl space
- Get rid of stumps and debris near house
- Place screens on outside vents
- Check decks and wooden fences for damage
- Wood on your home should not contact the soil

Rodent & Pest Exclusion
A thorough inspection of the property includes the building, and property lines.
After our evaluation we provide information and a walk around to educate you on what we can do
and also offer tips on what can be done around the property to mitigate in future issues.
We use a step by step process to ensure during an exclusion that we seal all possible and probable openings.
What we will not do at your home
- We don’t use foams or materials that are not right for the job
- We don’t practice unsafe techniques or work habits
- We don’t work on your property without being notified
Disinfection
- We use professional grade products to get the job accomplished the right way.
- Rodent feces and urine left in the insulation can carry diseases such as hantavirus and leptospirosis that may require removal and replacement of the insulation.
- Small kids and elderly adults are susceptible to these pests and what they leave behind.
Pests find the smallest entry points our pest exclusions are designed to provide a physical barrier to the inside of your home and are designed with the roach, silverfish and ants in mind. There is no way to totally eliminate these pest however by removing access points we can have a good handle on the situation and reduce the impact of pesticides placed around your home.
